• 30-day window: You have 30 days from the day your order shows Delivered to start a return. Not sure of the date? 
  • Open your shipping confirmation email → “Track My Order” → tracking link.
    
• Your options:
  • Refund to your original payment method ($9 fee)
  • Store credit (no fee)
  • Exchange (no fee)
• Fee (refunds only): Returns for a refund have a $9 restocking fee (per return, not per item) and will not be subject to a refund of the original shipping cost. Store credit or exchanges – no fee.

• Refund timing: Refunds are issued after inspection at our facility and typically appear on your original payment method in 7–14 days.
• International: We do not currently accept international returns. Your order is considered a final sale if you are outside the US or outlying territories.
• Final sale: Discounted items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
• Gifted items: These items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit – refunds aren't available for gifts, unless processed by the original purchaser of the order. See this article to learn how to return gifted items.

Return Authorization Required

birddogs must authorize all returns before being sent back.

To be approved, returns must be initiated through our official return portal or with the assistance of our Customer Support team. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
