- 30-day window: You have 30 days from the day your order shows Delivered to make an exchange. Not sure of the date?
- Open your shipping confirmation email → “Track My Order” → tracking link.
- Price differences:
- Same price – no payment needed.
- Higher price – we’ll send a quick invoice for the difference.
- When we ship your exchange:
- No return + no invoice: We ship after your request is approved.
- Invoice needed, no return: We ship after your request is approved and your payment is received.
- Return required: We ship once your return is scanned and starts tracking back to our warehouse.
- International: We do not currently accept international returns. Your order is considered a final sale if you are outside the US or outlying territories.
- Final sale: Discounted items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
- One-and-done: We don’t offer exchanges on items that have already been exchanged.
- Gifted items: These items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit – refunds aren't available for gifts, unless processed by the original purchaser of the order. See this article to learn how to return gifted items.
Return & Exchange Authorization Required
birddogs must authorize all returns and exchanges before being sent back.
To be approved, returns must be initiated through our official return portal or with the assistance of our Customer Support team. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
