Shipping Timeframe
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. During busy times — like holidays or major promotions — shipping may take an extra 2–3 business days while we work through the rush.
Order Tracking
The fastest way to track your order is on our order tracking page:
If not already logged in, enter the email you used to checkout to be sent a login code. From there, you'll have access to all orders made using that email address, including their tracking information.
If you don't already have an account, we can help you enroll. Send us an email at [email protected].
You can also track your order through your shipping confirmation email. Look for a subject line like:
“Shipment Confirmation for birddogs Order #1234567”
Inside, you’ll find a tracking link that lets you follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
If your order says it was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Give it a day or two. Some orders are marked “delivered” a few days before they actually are.
- Check with neighbors or around the delivery address. The order can often be found nearby.
- If you're still not seeing your order, email us at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted.
If you still can’t find what you need:
- Check your spam or promotions folder just in case the email landed there.
- Reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and your question—we’ll get back to you with the details.
Most of the time, everything you need is already in your shipping confirmation email. Give that a quick look first.
