We know order updates can feel a little cryptic, so here’s a quick breakdown of what each status actually means:

Confirmed

• Your order is placed but hasn’t left the warehouse yet.
• You’ll have an order confirmation email, but no shipping confirmation just yet.

Shipping Label Created

• Your order has been packed up and is ready to roll.
• You’ll have received both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails at this stage.

On Its Way to The Shipping Carrier

• Your order is in transit and being sorted through the necessary channels before being sent to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Out for Delivery

• The carrier has scanned your package and is officially on its way to your doorstep.

Delivered

• The carrier marked your package as delivered to the address you provided.
• If it says “Delivered” but you don’t see it, check around your house, building, or with neighbors, and give it a day or two. Sometimes carriers scan packages a little early.
