If you received the wrong item:

  1. Snap a clear photo of the item you received.
  2. File your claim in our returns portal where you'll be asked to upload the photo of what you received.
  3. After reviewing your claim, we'll provide you a return label for the wrong item, and send a replacement order of the correct item.

If you received a damaged order:

  1. Snap a clear photo of the item you received.
  2. File your claim in our returns portal where you'll be asked to upload the photo of what you received.
  3. After reviewing your claim, we'll issue your replacement order.
