- File your claim in our returns portal where you'll be asked to upload the photo of what you received.
- After reviewing your claim, we'll provide you a return label for the wrong item, and send a replacement order of the correct item.
If you received a damaged order:

- File your claim in our returns portal where you'll be asked to upload the photo of what you received.
- After reviewing your claim, we'll issue your replacement order.
