We work hard to ensure that every order leaves our warehouse fully packed and ready to roll, but mistakes happen occasionally.


Here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check the packing slip inside your box.
  2. If the item listed doesn’t match what you received, snap a quick photo of the slip.
  3. Snap a clear photo of the item you received.
  4. File your claim in our returns portal where you'll be asked to upload the photo of what you received.
  5. After reviewing your claim, we'll issue your replacement order containing the missing item.

About free gifts

If the missing item is a free gift, here’s how those work:

  • Free gifts are as is and only available while supplies last.
  • They must be opted into — either with a qualifying promo code or by manually adding the gift to your cart at checkout.
  • If the gift isn’t in your confirmation email, it won’t be shipped.
  • Promotional gifts can’t be shipped separately, added after checkout, or retroactively applied to confirmed orders.
