We work hard to ensure that every order leaves our warehouse fully packed and ready to roll, but mistakes happen occasionally.
Here’s what to do:
- Double-check the packing slip inside your box.
- If the item listed doesn’t match what you received, snap a quick photo of the slip.
- Snap a clear photo of the item you received.
- File your claim in our returns portal where you'll be asked to upload the photo of what you received.
- After reviewing your claim, we'll issue your replacement order containing the missing item.
About free gifts
If the missing item is a free gift, here’s how those work:
- Free gifts are as is and only available while supplies last.
- They must be opted into — either with a qualifying promo code or by manually adding the gift to your cart at checkout.
- If the gift isn’t in your confirmation email, it won’t be shipped.
- Promotional gifts can’t be shipped separately, added after checkout, or retroactively applied to confirmed orders.
