Edit your order

We offer 30 minutes of order editing, including address updates, after your order has been placed. If you're within that window, head to your order confirmation email and click "Edit my order" to update your address.


If the address entered was incorrect

  • Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout.
  • Once shipped, we aren't able to amend or redirect the package.

If the package was delivered to the wrong place

  • We can’t replace or reship orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
  • Your best bet is to reach out to any contacts at or near that address to help get your birddogs to you.

Future orders tip

Before checking out, double-check that your shipping address is correct—especially apartment or unit numbers—to make sure your order lands exactly where it should.
