We know how frustrating it can be to expect a delivery and find nothing waiting for you. While birddogs isn’t responsible for packages once they’ve been marked as delivered, here are some steps you can take if your order seems to have gone missing.
First things first
- Wait it out: Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early. Give it 1–3 business days to see if it shows up.
- Check nearby: Look around your mailbox, porch, mailroom, or with neighbors — packages can end up in unexpected spots.
If you have proof of delivery but no package
- If you have visual evidence (like doorbell or security camera footage) showing your package was taken, the next step is to file a theft report with your local police department.
- We can’t reship or refund stolen orders, but we’re happy to provide support if you choose to file a claim with DHL, USPS or FedEx. Just reach out to us at [email protected] for guidance.
Future orders tip
If your address is at higher risk for theft, consider shipping to a more secure location — like a trusted neighbor, your workplace, or a package locker — to make sure your birddogs make it safely to you.
