Don’t have the order number?

No need to blow up grandma’s phone. Send us any of the following and we’ll try to find it for you:

• Gifter’s full name
• Gifter’s email address
• A photo of the packing slip or gift receipt (if you have it)

Email [email protected] with whatever you’ve got and we’ll take it from there.

Why we ask for it

The order number lets us pull up the exact item, size, and eligibility so we can create the exchange correctly — and keep the gift price private.

If you can’t get the details

Without an order number (or info we can use to look it up), we can’t process an exchange. If you’re able to contact the gifter, the fastest path is to ask them for the order number — we’ll handle the rest.
