No stress — we can still help. What happens next depends on your card/account status:
You were issued a new card on the same account
We’ll send the refund to the original account, and your bank will route it to your replacement card. Timing is up to your bank and can take longer than usual.
You fully closed the account
We can’t send a refund to a different card or payment method. However, we can issue store credit for the refunded amount.
What to do
- Tell us which situation applies (replacement card on the same account vs. fully closed account).
- If the account is closed, we’ll convert your refund to store credit right away.
- If you have a replacement card, check your statement — your bank controls the posting timeline.
