Yes — you’ve got two easy options:
Option 1: Update the address during the exchange
- Start your exchange in the Return Portal.
- When you reach Shipping Address, edit the address to your new one.
- Review and submit.
Pro tip: Make sure the address is final before you confirm — once the exchange is created, edits may be limited.
Option 2: Refund + reorder
If you want total control over delivery details, choose Return for a refund in the portal, then place a new order to your new address. This guarantees the shipment goes exactly where you want.
Already submitted the exchange?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the new address. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has shipped, we’ll help with a re-exchange or return.
Good to know
- We can’t change the address after an exchange order ships.
- All exchanges/returns must still be within our 30-day return policy window.
