Good news: it’s very rare for a birddogs package to be truly lost — most of the time, it’s just a delay in the carrier’s tracking system. But we know waiting can be frustrating, so here’s what to do.
If your tracking hasn’t updated
- If your package was scanned but hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
If it’s been longer
- If there’s been no tracking update for 10+ business days, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number so we can mark your package as lost in transit and set up a replacement order to a new address.
Most packages are delayed, not lost. But if yours seems to have disappeared, we’ll work with the carrier — and with you — to make sure you get your birddogs.
