Right after purchase

• You can edit your shipping address directly through your order confirmation email within a 30-minute window after placing your order.

• To edit, click "Edit my order" in that email and update your shipping details.

After that window, the order is locked in and moving to the address you entered at checkout.

Once your order is shipped

• We aren’t able to reroute packages ourselves once they’re in transit.
• If you’d still like to try, you can submit a request directly with the carrier once your tracking number is active.

Future orders tip

To avoid hiccups, always double-check your shipping address (especially apartment or unit numbers) before completing checkout.

You have a short window to make changes through your confirmation email, but once the order’s moving, the address is set.
